I know how intimidating it can be to find the right stylist, so I prioritize honest communication, clear expectations, and making sure you feel heard from the start.
Pre- Visit
Before your first visit with me, expect to receive a confirmation text to confirm your appointment. The text includes a link that will allow you to manage your appoint, contact the salon, and view our location on the map. If you are unable to make it to your appointment, please contact me within 48 hours. Visit the FAQ page for more info on the cancellation policy!
Get Comfortable
When you arrive at the salon, you will be greeted, shown to your seat and offered a refreshment. At this point, we will have a thorough consultation to discuss your goals and come up with a plan. We will discuss the pricing of the current appointment and what to expect as far as maintenance.
Once we are done with your hair, I will take a few photos of your hair as long as you are comfortable!
